Need thread layout + avatar - 15$ budget

Self explanatory - thread needs to be rs account related.

Avatar needs to fit with my ui and sig. I love my avatar at the moment and the person that done it did a good job but I feel a bit more time spent on it and a small change it will look better.

Add my Skype in sig if interested, could probably stretch to 20$ depending on speed and efficiency.
