Best pure melee training in p2p areas?

I'm very new to 1 defense pure training and I am hoping to learn the best areas to do this.

Please be descriptive in your post.
Ex: Area, items needed, quests needed, ect.

Your best bet would be either experiments , which you should use high Strength / Attack gear or Bandits , with higher Prayer gear .

 

Bandits bro, do rock crabs till 60 att 70str, then experiments till 80 str, then bandits.

 

Slayer, this is what i did, you will prob use alot of prayer pots but the training is fast and you dont get bored cause your not in one place constantly, worked wonders for me.

Rock crabs are fine until like 60 Att 90 Str. For a change you might want to do a bit of Soul Wars for the later levels. Go to Bandits if you can't stand constantly looking at the screen and have the money for prayer pots.

 

Slayer, bandits with 40 - 60 attack. Use a Super or Extreme sets when training, it will help your greatly and for quick transportation use the bandit camp teleports when out of prayer potions means less time spent running around and banking!
