People use some caution! I understand that he might just be a nub, but when clicking cancel recoveries on the runescape website, it means cancel recoveries that you requested to be set that weren't set already.

The only way that you can cancel your recoveries is through the recover a solen password section.

 

I will check for them. Its quite easy to do

Now notice that it says There are no PENDING recovery questions to cancel, dosn't mean that there aren't any recoveries on it!

 

Take a picture of the login screen saying you ahve no active recovery questions
