Info on the name:
Certers are the nicknames for the brothers, Giles, Miles, and Niles. These brothers have their own Random event called "Certers."
In RSC, Giles,Miles, and Niles sat in the Draynor market area and exchanged raw materials (Fish, Ore, and Bars.) for certs. These were like bank notes of RSC. Cert/Certers is a very common word in the RSC community.
