NEED STAFF HELP PLEASE

So my main account I use is "salty dorito." (I'm only on this one since I can't login mine) just got a 2 week ban for fake vouch , yet I ALREADY received a 2 week ban a month ago for a "fake vouch" that was by a real life friend I sold rs gold to anyways . That was long over with now anyways and I moved on from it, well I just started using sythe again since that incident and I randomly get locked screen saying a 2 week ban for fake vouching again. Like seriously did a staff think i have that same fake vouch that I was already punished for??? As I only received 2 vouches since my return from lucid gold my runescape gold supplier whic you can check, so it has to be that same vouch I already did my punishment for.... Can a staff member please fix this as I already had a 2 week ban I served and I think a staff member made a accident not knowing that. Again my name is "salty dorito"


Off topic: the "fake" vouch was a brothers friend I showed in real life about sythe and we sell/buy runescape gold to each other when or if we get a good deal. We'll I sold him gold when we were at my brothers house and yes he vouches for me for that, so we were on the same ip and that one vouch for selling to him got me in trouble...? Now my reputation I strongly care and worked for is torn apart with a huge "trade with caution" in my name ...
