    what stats do i train first a little guide etc, etc please help

    Uhm, Stay 1 def till about 60 attk and 60-70 str. DO ALL QUESTS THAT YOU NEED TO DO THAT GIVE DEF XP FIRST, then once your done quest finish getting to 45 def.

    Get 52 prayer later on, and Id say 70+ range and mage.

    FRom there on train str and you should be fine.

    Get 45 defence (obviously)
    Get 60-70 attack (your choice)
    Get 52 prayer
    Get 70+ strength
    Get 70+ mage & range

    And along the way do some quests such as Dragon Slayer and Monkey Madness for defence experience.

    there is wat you should do to become BEST at being zerker, 60 at 31 pray 40-45 def, 90+ str, i RAPE the wildy with mine, wit 31 pray no more is needed unless you go member,

    Whatever you do.
    Don't train defence untill you have 'barrow' gloves and completed Monkey Madness, Dragon Slayer.
    Same with Pray, don't train to your desired levels untill you have finished questing.

    45 defence (MUST..thats the whole point o_O
    60 att at least..I prefer 70
    80+ str..to be very good..75 is ok...70 at least
    70+ range (i would make it 80..and also ger ranger viod set)
    60 at least (god capes..sara strike..claws of guth..flame of zammy..85 would be really helpful..94 would be AWESOME)

    If your going to take the exp from MM, make sure if you wanna stay 60 att your not 60 before you do the quest.
