Need someone who knows lawyer stuff

Hello

So basicly i filled a complaint at the police about this guy who broke my nose for racist reasons, I didn't hit him back
or say anything back, can tell you the whole story on skype.

Now he made a false statement to the police with the lawyer his rich parents got him. ( I can tell u wich statement on skype )

I want to take moral compensation from him for some reasons i can mention on skype.

And i need some advice from someone who studied law or who knows a lot about it.

Can any one who is willing to help me pm me their skype?

 

Many lawyers give free initial consultations. You should find one of those and speak to them about the case. Additionally, some lawyers will agree to work on a contingency-only basis, provided that your case is good enough.

 

Free initial consultations does that mean i can go to them talk about it,
they give me advice and i don't have to pay nothing, if i want i can just never visit them again?

 

Yes, a lot of lawyers will do 30 or 60 minutes for free like that. If you want to keep using them after that, then you have to start paying (unless they're taking your case purely on contigency like I said earlier).

 

Even though he smacked you for racist reasons, this sounds pretty hard to prove in court, so I would say Lawyer up as soon as possible.
