Need someone to process payments for me

Not sure where to post this, but I'm looking for an extremely trustworthy partner to process payments for me.

I'm using opencart, so anything that has an opencart integration preferred.

Currently looking for:

Skrill

International credit/debit card processing

Western Union

PayPal My Cash (with receipt)

PayPal

Others...

Basically here is how it works. I will take precautionary measures when accepting payments. Spending limits, ID, proof of address, phone verification, proof of email, location and proxy check, black lists, social media, etc. Usually some but not all of those security measures.

After being verified, people will check out at my website and the money will go to your account. Any charge backs I'll eat the cost. You'll receive some % of the profits, fee per transaction, or monthly flat fee. I'm willing to be reasonably generous. Every so often I'll cash out my cut from you. If you can pay me out in bitcoin that's a huge plus for me, but we can make other arrangements if not.

The only problem with this is transferring those funds to you (assuming you're from the US).
