Great guide with useful information.. I personally did now know that so thanks it may help me in the future.
Only bad thing I can see is the use of colours. In my opinion they are not very effective and hard to read.

Your choice of topic was good, but you could have picked a better title. Picture's could have been cropped a tad bit better, but they still get the job done. Avoid using darker colors, 'cause it makes it harder to read. A few typos, but still understandable.

 

Another thing you could add is that if they turn off your screen (it's possible to do with teamviewer), power off your router or turn off your computer. Chances are that they are trying to install a keylogger on your computer.
