    Is there anyway an iPod Touch can get a virus or a keylogger or anything like that?

    Not that i know of, there apple so like mac's, theres a very low amount for them.

    Nothing close. The worst thing they could probably do is SSH into your iPod and delete all your files, but then they would have to be within your Wi-Fi area, and know your password if you haven't changed it.

    Well.. the pword for the SSH is either alpine or dottie (last time I checked).. So its not a problem of knowing the password.

    But, doesnt he have to active the SSH to be able to connect to it? And even then.. You need a computer usin puTTy or w/e to access it?

    OT: As far as I know, there's no viruses. What's the problem tho? Missing some files? iPod freezing out? Some details would be nice :embar:

    Edit: Its both a yes and no.
    Yes: You might have a file that contains a virus on your computer, and you put it in the iPod.
    No: There's no viruses written for the ipod-device, so the virus you put in the iPod from the computer wont have any effect on the device.

    Well no to long ago on the radio they announced ipod's first virus, all it did was go through your files and moves them around. Nothing to bad.

    there is acctualy 1 virus but what it does is chaning your boot screen to the rickroll thing :p and its only for jailbroken. No there are no viruses YET for iphone/ipod touch
