Both projects are in need of a LOT of work, but I would like to get the password one done first.
At some point I'll start putting in TODO's. For now, would you like to see if you can mock up some sort of groups DB schema. The idea is, each user can belong to multiple groups, and each group has permissions to "access" multiple passwords.
Should be a 5 min job, but I'm very busy . Consider it a start to get familiar with the project.

The project itself is basically a organizational clone of LastPass. LastPass stores passwords on their remote servers, but organizations aren't happy with that, along with there's no ability to do the whole group/user administration thing.
Judging by the fact you blindly said "I can code ANYTHING", I'm going to think you're not to good at the security side so I'll leave that out for now, but feel free to talk to me on IRC at http://webchat.ghostsirc.net, PM me back, post in here, anything like that.

Feel fere to check out the ECommerce project too. It's further along, but stalled.
