Need some help with WoW basics

Hi,
So I played WoW about 3 years ago... got to 70.. But the thing is I grinded a lot, didn't do many quests
Now I've started again and got a level 60 DK atm... Anyone wanna give me a heads up on to wear to go to pick up the main quest line? I haven't even been to Outlands (where do I get the Into the Dark Portal (from memory) quest?) GAHHHH no one happens to play Dreadmaul (Aus server) do they?

 

ok u go to the blasted lands to get to the dark portal and if ur alliance go to honor hold if ur horde go to thrallmar and from there u should be good moving on from there

 

When you hit 68 go to Northrend. Don't listen to some of the bull shit guides that tell you to wait until 70, because they're wrong. As a dk you can easily kill mobs 3 levels higher and won't have a problem. You'll also hit 70 twice as fast.

 

This, basically. Level as BLOOD, you'll have 95% uptime and will be able to solo most group quests alone. Don't try tanking unless you have a decent tank set, people hate fresh DK tanks.

 

Delete your dk and roll something else.

 

What class he's rolling isn't up for discussion.

Anyways, go to Outlands through Blasted Lands (There's a portal in the mage area of Stormwind/Ogrimmar. I only know the human's quests for outland which is in the south area of the Hellfire Peninsula. Start there. Go to Northread once you're 68.

 

There is also a portal in ironforge, darn, exodar, undercity, thunderbluff, and silvermoon city right at the mage teleport spots.


You can also faceroll dungeons (press I to get to the dungeon finder) which is pretty decent xp.

 

Good idea if you're a DK.

 

Remember, to raise productivity try to power-house through quests while you wait for dungeon queues, as if you are selecting DPS it could take a substantial amount of time.

 

Thanks for all your help guys I've been leveling up my mining/bs so that i can actually mine the ores I come across.. took some time starting at lvl 1 though.
Facerolling dungeons? hmmm new to this, guess i'll have to try it out and learn

Facerolling is like for DK, you can just "roll your face" on your keyboard to kill people because they have basically all attack spells.

Dont go to northrend till 70 then go to howlingfjord and just grind on the First mob of wolfs and man they have at the castle entrance its soo easy to farm there .. just let the guards kill them for you and get instant lvl 72 hahaha ..may be harder for you since your not a hunter.. but all i did was shoot 1 bullet at every1 and run back and let the guards kill them ahahaha
