Need some help with Perm banned acc.

Hey, my friend gave me his account about 4 months ago, and he got Perm banned for real world trading.. But he has like 70m he says, on it. So if anyone can tell me if its possible or can do it for me, if it is possible please post here. Thanks.

There are 10.0 black marks on it & my friend who appealed them apparently didn't do a very good job when he appealed (he told them his brother hacked him)
