inserting an insert

well i have two request, im trying to make my first script for this came called Angels Online.... my script is that i have to press whatever f key i set it to, which right now would be f4, i need to press it untill my mp runs out, which i dont know how to do, so ill just make it press 24 times.... and then after ive done that i want it to press insert so that my character will sit down, then rest for like 1minute then start pressing f4 again....

if anyone could please tell me how to choose an f key and how to make it press insert, and also if possible tell me how to make it so that it sits down when my mp is under 20 i would be very happy too =)... or if you just script it for me hauhauh but nah thats okay.... also can someone tell me how to make it repeaat a process 24 times then go to the next proccess which would be pressing insert... okay thanks... =)

 

do u mean you are trying to simulate insert key and f4 key presses?
