PayPal Chargebacks

If i make my buyers say that they have already recieved rs gold on comment when they make the purchase that should automatically be a win for me if they try to dispute right

 

Not at all. Don't even bother making them add in a note as they are useless. If you have any doubt in your mind that they will try to dispute the payment on paypal don't accept their payment in the first place.

This. I just wouldn't accept Paypal from people that you don't deem trustworthy tbh.

 

Also, people claiming that they can't chargeback while sending as gift or from balance or from bank are lying.

 

Only use PayPal with people you trust, simple.

 

Yeah unfortunately you have to be careful these days with whom you sell via PayPal to. I have had to turn down numerous people already due to this, try PlayerAuctions or a payment gateway.

 

Paypal is really only used for very embellished Sythe members, PlayerAuctions is great and you only need to pay a small fee if you are a seller, but you will most likely never get scammed.

 

In case you're wondering the reason why notes don't work, it's because:

A. Many paypal disputes come from stolen paypal accounts. Some kid hacks a paypal, uses it to buy your gold, and then when the owner of the paypal gets his account back, he realizes that he doesn't recognize his most recent transactions, and obviously he didn't write that note.

B. People can just claim they didn't receive what they paid for in their dispute and say that they only wrote that note because you forced them to (which you did)

 

Correct me if im wrong, but i think MoneyBookers is much safer than Paypal if who dont know who ur buying/selling to.

 

MoneyBookers can be charged back and should not be considered completely safe. There was recently a major debacle in which scammers exploited the previous common belief that MB was safe from such issues. They got away with $1000s.

 

^Oh yeah i knew that of course. I was just saying that in my opinion, MB is much safer to use than PP. You can get charged back with both, just harder to do with MB.

 

Also, less people use MoneyBookers, so statistically speaking, it would be a lower percentage for each chargeback due to less people.

 

in the note i always make them say this

Sythe Name : .....
MSN : ..... (to confirm its them)

and in the pm to you make them say this
MSN: .....
PP email: ....

and if they chargeback : instant ban with all of that you probably dont even need the chat logs (dont quote me on that last part)
