Need some help, $20 pay via paypal

So, I decided to use my prepaid card to buy something. After using it, my paypal account got locked. I tried to use my parent's bank account to unlock it, but it said that I can't use that bank account.

It has $128 on it, so if you help me unlock it, I will pay you $22 (20+2 fees). Post here if you can help

i can help u guys out...i have my paypal verified and never have any problems with it althought my paypal is alrdy linked to to my bank acc

am i allowed to link two paypal accounts to 1 bank acc...also i have no idea how tog et ahold of u guys...add my msn i guess
