    DVD Burning Help

    Ok, just bought myself an External DVD Burner, and i need to know how to burn a Movie from my computer to a DVD. The movie extensions i have a generally .avi, .mp4 or .wmv.

    So i would like a quick run through on how to burn a dvd and what software is the best to use.

    Mp4, or theres should be a format type on the disk,

    Your gonna have to convert them to dvd which takes a long time. But if you have a dvd player that can play divx then you can burn the .avi files just like that and you can put about 6 movies into one disk. You have to burn it as a dvd data disk I use Nero 7 to do it.

    But if you want it to play on most players you have to convert them with something like DVD Flick. Its free.

    Mp4 and Mpeg are the formats for movies and clips for iPods arn't they? not quite sure about DvD

    Well i just successfully burnt a .MP4 File to a DVD.

    Wow. What is MP4? I'm not familiar with it at all. Is it like an MP3 but just a movie file? Btw Convey. Lovin Eliteswitch.
