Woo! So do you think I can sell orbs? I've got some pretty good comments on my orbs:

I think I have a pretty good chance of making some money off my orbs... but before I take a chance and potentially make a fool of myself, I want your opinion =]

Lol I gotta admit expulsion, I really like how yours came out, BUUUUT I wish I'd have thought to put some texture in the backround. Oh well.

Thing is that your text doesn't match but the orbs without text are pretty nice.

 

You're right. My horrible weak point is the text. Maybe I could get a co-worker who is really good at matching texts and textures.... Also I'm not so good with blending colors... Some of my orbs are sort of mismatched when it comes to colors.

Oh and by the way, the Moee one, that's what Moee wants the text to be.... So, not that it looks too bad Moee lol, it doesn't really... fit.... But just letting you know that wasn't my idea

 

Try overlaying and using a drop shadow that is 1 0 1 in settings.

 

See, I don't get that..... Someone told me something about overlaying but how do you do that? I'm still actually new to this. I haven't even used up a third of my free 30 days of photoshop so all I know how to do is what you see at the top... I've actually found a cool way with texts:
