Buying a Banner :p [Paypal][Best gets paid]

I'll be paying around $1-$5 or a Rs Pin, looking for a really good animation banner. The render should be like an abstract one. So basically make the best one, and I'll choose which is the best and pay them. This banner is going to be used for my pin shops in many forums, as like Sythe, Rsbotting, Rsbot and Cryptx.
