Runescape Market Section

A trading section, where you could even trade whatever you would like for other items/upgrades etc.

I think he means a section for trades instead of sales.

In which case, you're welcome to accept whatever payment you want in a sale thread. That being said, instead of a trading section for say trading an account for an XBL code, you can make an account sale thread, and tell people you'll only accept an XBL code. It's what has been done, and I don't see a new section for it making any sense.
