Suicidal thoughts

Hey guys, I think this is pretty weird. I am not depressed because I have a pretty good life and all is well, but I still get suicidal thoughts sometimes. I think this is because I just kind of get bored with life. Does anyone have any comments for me because it is pretty confusing.

 

Life has it's ups and downs. You have to accept the good and bad. Living and being bored is better then dying and feeling nothing. I'm not a Christian, or any religion, but I believe people are put on this planet to live a life the way they want to. I also believe every pair of people should have 1 kid, but that's a whole big debate no one wants to get into.

Now don't kill yourself because life is "boring." When life gets to be overly boring just go out and run, or punch a tree. Another thing you could do is find something that entertains you. DON'T LET THE JUDGEMENT OF PEOPLE OVERCOME YOU!

 

Go to a physician or psychologist and explain it to them. It could be as simple as a chemical imbalance that needs treated with medicine. Or, maybe you have a deeper issue you just aren't realizing.

 

Listen, you have to set yourself a goal. Set the goal and reach for it. Stop thinking your life is pointless - everyone has a point, everyone.

I know what you're thinking: that life is just stupid. But I set myself some goals on what I wanted to do and now I'm liking life more. I see a point and I try to move on every day to something new; something better.

If you aren't depressed and you get suicidal thoughts that is normal, people tend to think "what if". When a problem truly occurs is when you actually consider it, like actually consider it. As long as you aren't contemplating killing yourself your fine . Regardless, if you feel differently shoot me a PM, I'm very supportive and I wouldn't mind have a heartful conversation.

 

Try and keep yourself occupied, while you're busy you shouldn't be thinking about it.

Also, why do you think it's happening? I know you said you think it's because you're bored with life but has anything happened recently that might set this off subconsciously?

 

Give yourself something to live for. Something genuine.
