Hello, I'm new to all this power leveling in Runescape. I'm honestly not too sure on what a good price to go for is and what not. Basically, I work a lot and most, if not all, the materials I need for 99 Construction are purchased. I just don't have the time to get the cape as quick as I want it. I was hoping to find someone to get my Construction at least to level 90 maybe. It would be 70+ when started. I just need some assistance for this longer section coming up. Work is about to get real crazy and I could use the help.
