No one will do 33 qps for 2m. That is ridiculous to even ask for.

33qp isn't small most quests give 1-2 qp which is 16-33 quests to be done, and even the easy quests such as druidic ritual still take 5 minutes to do, if you do a minimum of 10mins x about 24 quests = 240 mins which is 4 hous of continuous questing, desert treasure is about 1-2 hours of questing and goes for 7mil try raising the price if you want somebody legit to do it
