this is how it will go down:

i give mm the money i will pay.
if i supply you must pay the stuff that im supplying for to the mm.+ 1m for protective reasons.
if you supply jsut give 1m to the mm
if i supply everytime you fail the money you lose comes outta of the money you gave the mm (ex. you die at die you lost bout 3k racks and 75k of sup resotres. that money comes out of the money you gave the mm
the 1m exta you give is for protective reasons.
