Auto Clicking

Hey guys. Quick questions.
1.I'm playing on a Mac, so are there any good auto clickers for alching?
2.Is it recommended that I don't auto click and just manually alch (like it should be done?)
Just simple questions, I don't want to alch 35k clicks, but I also don't want to get banned..

I recently got banned for autoclicking, about 500 alchs. I don't recommend it but garys hood is a good one. just google it

 

If you don't want to risk the ban, I'd do it by hand, especially if it's a main.
The closest to botting I'd get with an account I didn't want banned would be something like Mouse Keys, which is deemed acceptable by Jagex.
