    Where can I find a good art forum
    I am looking for a forum that mainly deals with anime\manga art but also goes into other things I do tend to dabble in other forms of art from time to time. If anyone knows of any please let me know and also do not post DEVIANTART.

    Have you tried Anime Forums?
    Pretty obvious lol. It does have everything you listed and it isn't too bad when it comes to activity, has alot of members registered.
