Any england-based GP sellers?

I am wanting to buy RS mills but because i'm in England, it's a little hard buying by mail to people in America, i was wondering if there was any English sellers that would accept mail?

 

if u got cash u can go to exchangers and change real money to e-gold then u can buy milns from e gold , I can sell u 4$ / miln i ll not go first u send me how meany u want milns got 29m...

I am under 18 so i cannot manage a PayPal account and does E-Gold require CC or another sort of parental funding?
