Need Omm-mm/pp Help!!!

I am going to be selling some party hats shortly and need help on not getting scammed and on how MM's work.

From what i understand the MM will be going on some ones rs or pp account to transfer the money/RS item. *If this is wrong please correct or clearify my understanding. :huh:

I also need to know EVERY possible way to ensure the other party wont take their money back (because i've heard this was a big issue). :embar: I've heard people are supposed to claim then cancle or put a note saying they've recieved thier item and they are happy with it. wich im not sure how that works or how i can be ensured they have claimed/cancled.

The way I MM is, I log onto the persons account with the phats and change the password. Once the account is secure I'll get the other person to send it to your paypal account. Once sent I will give him the phats and give the account to the owner. Very easy : D
