Need professional looking cover for a report

Hi,

I'd like someone to help me create a professional looking cover for the report I'm writing for my internship.

Size: Complete A4 page.
Preferred colors: Focus on hues of blue (along the lines of this https://images.readitquik.com/images/uploads/content_images/fintech_599aa7a60223a.jpg ), with a clear, contrasting title (maybe very light blue or white)

I wanted to have a pixalated city in the background, something along the lines of this: Vector Design Building and City Illustration at night, Urban cityscape

This particular image may not be suited for an A4 size page, but should give you an idea. Other potential abstract cityscape backgrounds are also an option, such as long lines rather than dots.

The Theme is "Fintech".

Ideally ensure that by simply having it as an image on the background of the cover, I can simply type the title and other necessary information on the page in conventional word, rather than having to update the image. Some strategic placing of good places for text would therefore be useful.
For a title length (at the moment) something along the lines of "Fintech developments in the United States" should be long enough, with room for name/date/office etc somewhere on the bottom.


I may order additional artsy pages for individual chapter headings as well later on.
