How much would it cost to create an account with piety+barrows gloves from a level 3. You will do all skilling and questing till these requirements are achieved. However, the account stats should stay under or equal to 70 att/def/str/prayer. Could you also provide how long that would take. We will be using a MM if I don't find you trusted enough. If i do find you trusted I am willing to go first.

EDIT: also provide a price with the essentials needed to achieve this and also without.
