Requirements
MSN messanger[both people]
$1 fee for account swapping
$3 fee for account for paypal money handeling
NOTE: i do not cover anything other than these two.

STEPS
i get both people on MSN chat
both people give me the information[or money]
i log on any acounts being handled to make sure there arent any recuvs/pins[unless told]
i will make sure both people agree
swap info/cash

NOTE: any moment after you recive the info is not my responsibility i would have warned you of anything that does not seem correct at the start.
