Two things,
a) does the account have membership, and
b) what is your account's levels

 

No the account isn't members and if you're talking about the account I want a torso on, the combat level is 78 with 76 attack, 77 strength, 78 defence, 71 range and 67 magic. The account I want a torso on is obviously members though.
