Luke needs help! (With his pure)

Simple really, i got a pure 5 attack 27 str and 67 range, by the time Shall Skill is done with it it wil be 70 range (if he ever gets done) I plan on making it a range/2her for f2p pking first then maybe a g mauler, for no im thinking 75 range 40 attack and 80 str for f2p pking then maybe 90-99 str and 50 attack for gmauling, keeping 1 mage and maybe 1 prayer, what im asking is:

What quests should i do and what are the best ways to train?
