And, no, you're not "rite" because you cannot get STDs using a condom unless it breaks.

The number that txted him wasn't in his contacts, and I didn't get time to take a picture of the text as proof since he walked into the house when I went to grab my phone. The person that texted as was "coming over" wasn't his girlfriend's.

Mainly, the last thing he texted to his girlfriend was Omg :) I love you babe goodnight I'll miss you or something like that.

That makes me feel even worse.

He doesn't know that I know, and I probably won't have a conversation with him at 3 in the morning. Our parents don't know either.

I just want to know what to do. I have no proof whatsoever of anything, and the ONLY proof I have is in my head.

When I saw it, I panicked, and was going to tell my parents, but I panicked again and put his phone down and ran away when he came back into the house.

Again, I just want to know what to do.

EDIT: What I forgot but put that "It's not his girlfriend" thing in, was that he swore to our parent's he'd only do it after he got married.

I dont think you would go to Jail for having sex, unless your planning on a chick who's underage.

No point trying to giver your brother advice if you don't even know what a STI is.

Okay, first off, don't be hating on people with an August 08 join date, when yours is JULY 2009.

Next, I don't care what an STI is, as I'm not giving him advice, because I actually can't.

Also, Yes, Condoms can protect you from STIs.

You said he's getting "sick". If it's more than just the cold, tell him you know. If it gets really bad, tell your parents.
