Legit copy of ODST or burned?

Yes, but if it's a burned copy (which I'm going to assume it is since you won't tell me ) then it runs the risk of getting banned.. not to put a damper on your sale lol.

If it has recon I may be interested even with the risk of bannage though, but I r guy that can't pay paypal do you accept ANYTHING else? I have 50s, RS accounts, etc lol

Just a note..that even if it was a burned copy then it would run the same risk as using a legit copy to get the acheivements.
HOWEVER-the account is not going to get banned because I have been playing on it and using for for a long time and not a wince of evidence occured that it was going to be banned.
the account is cheap and its a good deal and i think you should really consider creating a paypal

Major Nelson has stated that those using a burned copy of ODST will be dealt with soon enough. The person who leaked it didn't upload all of the files, making it EXTREMELY easy for Microsoft to tell who is using a burned disc and a legit copy, stealth patched or not. They've stated that they won't be banning those who got the game early (since it wasn't their fault, it was the stores in France fault)

 

Ok well.....I am using a disk that has been shipped out from a guy I got in contact with. It's legit. If you want to get some funds lol then that would be great, but otherwise sorry I am only accepting paypal.

Just a warning to potential buyers though that until the game is released to the public there won't be a leaked copy that has all the files, and playing the leaked copies atm = suicide. I wouldn't buy if you didn't expect it to get banned in a few weeks tops lol.

I'm just taking a guess burned copy then you modded the GS.
A modded account will not get you Recon because MS has said they will ban people and Bungie stated that modders won't get recon. So your account is a HUGE risk, so odds are it's not worth much to anyone unless they think ZOMG all achievements which is not possible without modding.
