Requesting a Banner & UI

I need MMORPG-related banners that are 1,920px × 500px. However, the top 100px is basically the only part you see (there's a white layer over top of the rest with a low opacity). I will need 5 in total.

They must ALL fade to white on the bottom and sides.

Also need a UI. It must be red and say Mike.

Post submissions here and if I like them I'll pay. Always be sure to watermark your work.

I'd prefer work to be posted here and watermarked so I can have my pick. I'm not good at working with a single designer, I always feel bad saying no (ask Kinae, I've paid him twice for web designs I'll never use).

Google Primody and go to it (I'd link you to it but that'd be advertising, and it's censored on Sythe). It will be going there where you see the blue up top. As you can see, only the top 100px or so is clear then the rest is covered by a white layer over top with some transparency.
