How exactly do you get this rank, im a pmod on runescape, if anyone would like verification for this rank i would surely love to show you.

The rank means that the person is a moderator of the Runescape section here on Sythe. We're not affiliated with Jagex in any way whatsoever. Just because you're a mod on the game doesn't mean you're a mod here.

Lots of Sythe members are player mods, including the market moderator Spyike.

 

I think he means because hes a runescape moderator why dosnt he get the rank on sythe, Runescape moderator?

Sythe isn't affiliated with Runescape at all (staff wise). Runescape moderator means that they moderate the runescape section of this forum, not because they are a player moderator.
