yeah lol, but his dad says he will give me the payment info, but since before he did it its considered a scam, im inclined to decline that offer and just file for a refund somehow

also, another source says, which may i add makes sense, that jagex are the legal owners of all accounts and items, so technically i could file for fraud like i kinda suggested in a different context lol

Nope Runescape are aganist the resell of runescape characters and other items.

+ either way you will lose a court case due to it being a sell of virtual goods which can't necessary be tracked.
