need layout payment 50-150m

i need a layout for my 07 services i want old school logos like for the skill icons
i want it all 07 based
i want to say "Havoc elite aio services" at the top
and than saying skills ill train :
and just put all icons except farming and slayer also put a questing symbol there
put Payment methods : paypal/07gold/eoc gold with some icons
contact information : skype Aimost.Famous
and than at the bottom put
"i guarantee the fastest/safest service, all deadlines will be met"
something proffesional and clean no big bulky fonts.
ill pay 50-150m for it depends on how much i like it.
i usually use jiwi but he isn't answering neither is moonglare and i kinda want this now
