Need IP of a banned user, please.

I pmed the mod who banned him about this, but he hasn't responded. So I'll post here.

I'll try and explain my situation as clearly as possible.

Over a month ago, I sold the user "bloo1121" my runescape account for $50. Everything went smoothly, he vouched me here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1345773

Today, upon logging into my paypal account, I find that bloo1121 has claimed an unauthorized transaction charge-back, in an attempt to get his money back. If you're unfamiliar with what this means, he's basically claiming he does not recognize nor recall the transaction. I know for a fact this is false.

This guy has pulled a quickie on me. He thinks because it's a virtual item, I have no way to prove anything. I'm asking for his IP address so that I can prove to paypal he is a banned scammer on here, as well as prove that he did in-fact authorize the transaction, by vouching for me.

If I can prove to paypal bloo1121 is the same guy as the one claiming the charge-back, I might just have a fighting chance.
