I recommend Nero for the job. He is the most experienced in this certain field of graphics (vectors/drawing).

You can't sell that because it's a rip from another artist's work. Even putting your watermark in there is illegal (copyright infrigement). But I don't know if the sythe rules allows this kind of editing or not.
