Need insanely good GFX to do rs sig!

First off heres the pic i want you to use


In the red dots, i want skillcapes on a cape stand with the name of each skill above them (can be abbreviated)

In the blue dots i want empty cape stands with
- dungoneering
- smithing
- summoning
Above them

In the yellow dot i want a hat stand with phats, jewelry santa mask etc hung on it

and finally somewhere on the floor i want a defense cape all torn up =-)

Than in the bottem right corner i want I Rs Bot Master

I can pay a lot for a good sig so let me know if you can do or if you know neone that can help =-)))
