What is the safest place for sellers to use ??

So the question is the fallowing : What is the safest place for seller to receive money. So there cant be any chargebacks or any way for them to just get their money back after i have given them the goods like its possible in paypal. So please do not suggest paypal or alertpay since buyer can make chargebacks there.

Like others have stated, I prefer moneybookers, Instant funds upload from cc, No chargebacks, Instant funds transfer to cc or 1-3 days bank acc.
