OSRS Wont load up for me?

    OSRS Wont load up for me?
    Hey , I've been away for a month , before i left OSRS was loading fine via RSbuddy and webpage, Now , its not loading at all through either.

    I've tried rs3 , that works and have all the correct java settings.

    Anyone got ideas? just says failed to load game config

    Says this:

    try to go to program files > jages(or runescape) and delete cache
