Need Help

Hey there, I was buying 350m off a customer via the duel arena when this happened. :


The duel was forfeited by the customer and it says I won, but I received no GP on my account and I have tried logging in and out.

I just want to get opinions if I need to pay the customer, he hasn't got any proof the GP wasn't returned to him

 

It says Forfeit was turned off. Was he still able to use the trapdoor?

 

To be honest, I'm fairly sure he was standing next to me when the duel ended. I'm a lvl 3 so there wouldn't have been a way for me to kill him as he was a higher level, unless I attacked him for ages obviously but it wasn't the case.


Edit: I just tested on 2 accounts the same kind of stake again, I clicked the X on one of the clients and the other account won the duel and had the exact question marks as in the screenshot shown. But when I logged back into the other account the item I staked was gone. So I don't really know what went down.

 

Looks like he x logged so you wouldn't be held responsible to pay.

 

The other trader manually closed the window, which is how this happened. It is unfortunate this happened but this was not divica's fault.

For future, I'd advise you not to actually duel-transfer gold as there are quite a few ways for the gold to get wiped from the game
