Its becoming so annoying I dont know how to stop them can someone please help?

 

You got a virus. Download malware bytes. If it doesn't work try another antivirus.

Did you do the comprehensive search? Maybe try it in safe mode. You can try AVG and Avast

That link you provided is nasty--perhaps you should switch over to comodo's free version, get their ice dragon browser and change your local DNS to theirs. That should help your pc stay clean and keep you from reaching websites with malware....
