    Need help with VCC/Paypal
    Hey i just recieved cash on my paypal account and i have a $0.00 sending limit but i dont have a bank account or credit card to lift the stupid spending limit. Anybody know a good place whre i can get a VCC? thanks!!

    What I use always.

    Cheap, only thing is minimum $20 load but you can spend all of that.

    I think its a few dollars to create the card, they are instant there are other sites cheaper that is just a one off verification also.

    Just go to a local 7/11 or Walgreen's and get a prepaid credit card for like 20$ and use that.
