need help with upgrading to normal account

okay soo i just started back up in WoW and i want to upgrade out of trial can i just buy a membership and get of it besides cd key and if i enter cd key in do i get 1 month?

and i was wondering how do i recover my account i send lost password to the email and it never gets received is there any way of getting it back i have the battle chest cd keys that were on my old account ?

 

If you have a trial account, you'll have to buy the normal version in order to play the game. In doing so, you should also be given 1 month free I believe. This will give you access to Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms and allow you to level your character up to 60. Once you obtain level 60, you'll have to buy the Burning Crusade expansion pack in order to access the Outlands and progress towards level 70. If you plan on doing so, please add my MSN.

To recover your account go here and click the option that pertains to your account. If you had an old account, you should be able to recover that too. Just make sure that you know of the email that your account will be recovered to. If unable to do so, contact Blizzard Customer Support and they should be able to assist.

 

thanks you post was very helpful im going to have to contact blizzard customer support because its not send the email and i got the security question correct and i have been sending for a few days soo i dunno

You most likely had a hacker change the email on the account or you have one linked with it that you don't remember.

 

Although...you would have to buy a gamecard also. The one free month doesn't activate with the CD-Key it basically adds a month extra when you get game time.

 

Hey i have another question. thats thingy at the bottom where your spells are how to you remove them from that dock because i have doubles and unwanted skillls thingys there

 

Are you asking how to remove spells from the action bars?

 

yes. i have doubles of them i put there on accident

 

Just drag them off of the action bars with your mouse. And if they are locked so you can't drag them out...go change that in your settings by clicking the Computer looking icon.

I also learned that if you hold down shift and drag them off you can move them when you have the lock on. I just found that out today lol.
