Need help with update Avator images

Hi, when i try to update avator image, it always say Upload of file failed.
can anyone help me to solve problem ?
and 1 more problem, some of my friend say they can't open sythe.org sometimes. and I met same problem yesterday.

 

The file is to large to fit the specific size Sythe has made it. I forget the size of the file it should be, but just try to make one small for now.

 

Sythe is down at times, so just sit tight and wait for it to be up again.

As for the Avatar, is says:
The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller)
