How to add a CLICKABLE link to your signature?

So i'm creating a signature and I need some help, how do you guys add a clickable link to your signature?

For example, some people have "vouches" and "gold shop" on the bottom of their signature, and if you click on "vouches" it goes to their vouches page & the same goes with clicking on the "gold shop".

Can someone give me a run through on how to do it? thanks guys.

 

Hyperlinking, you put the url into the image using the clickable hyperlink button, with the seperate clicks its because the sig is chopped into pieces

^- Remove the spaces in the bracketed tags.

Also, when you go to the signature you'll have the option to click the image tag, input the link in the pop-up prompt, and it will automatically format it for you. After that, just highlight the image link with the tags, and hyperlink it with the "insert link" that looks like a world with a chain.
